Clean room and nic supper and breakfast but 4 items to be noted:- 1) Internet was very intermittent and I get going off line and having to sign in again. Other customers made the same complaint as I did to the front desk. They finally stopped saying it was my laptop and said they'd look into it 2) The Regatta restaurant did not have a Wine and Cocktail list with prices which is unacceptable. No list at all. 3) The electronic key to our room did not work on a number of occasions. 4) We tried to set the room temp at 68F as instructed but it always went back to 70F Please forward me the responses from the Hotel - specially re the Internet that needs serious fixing. Private lounge offered three meals, wine, hard liquor, coffee, fruit, ice cream, etc. Well stocked & staff was superb

Our room had an wonderful Ocean View. The room was excellent and meals were awesome. Staff were very helpful. We will be going back next year!

The Nantucket Inn was amazing. Very clean and staff was so helpful. Front desk offered to lock up my bags instead of charging for the late check out. Very punctual with the hotel shuttle to and from downtown. Very comfortable room. After a long day of walking around the island, it was wonderful to relax in the hottub!

We liked the hotel but it is a little different from what we are used to. A little industrial verses warm and cozy. Staff were great and continental breakfast was typical items and good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. My issue is the bathroom. No counter space or cabinets to put anything on and my biggest issue was the water pressure. It wasn’t good. Overall it was a good stay but not necessarily one we would go back to.
